What’s the Difference between an SAV ® and a SAC ®

BMW Redefines What an SUV Is!

BMW may be one of the only automakers that don’t sell SUV models. BMW, instead, sells, what they call, Sports Activity Vehicles ® and Sports Activity Coupes ®. These are BMW models that are similar to SUVs but they are more performance-oriented.

Sports Activity Vehicle ® Lineup

The Sports Activity Vehicle® (SAV ®) lineup starts with the BMW X1. This is a crossover-like SAV ® that is styled to impress. Next is the BMW X3. This is an SAV ® with customizable power. It comes standard with a 248 horsepower engine with the option to upgrade to a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo engine with 355 horsepower!

Are you a Jacksonville family that’s looking for a three-row SUV with some power? Consider the BMW X5. This spacious SAV ® has the option of adding a third row and sports a competitive cargo capacity fit for any family.

Sports Activity Coupe ® Lineup

If you’re from the Middleburg, FL or Sain Augustine area and you’re looking for a unique ride then consider a Sports Activity Coupe ®. These are similar to the SAV ® lineup, except with one major design difference. The rear hood of the SAC ® is sloped like a coupe for eye-catching style. The SAC ® lineup includes:

  • BMW X2
  • BMW X4
  • BMW X6
