From minor maintenance to emergency services and certain recall repairs, you’ll have the assurance of a BMW Trained Technician using only Original BMW Parts — all from the comfort of your home or office.

How do I schedule a mobile service appointment?
Our ServiceMobile program is currently available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm and will vary depending on your location.  To learn more or schedule an appointment please call us at 904.371.4315 or fill out the ServiceMobile request form below.  

How long will the service take?
Most services can be completed within two hours, however, some services may take longer.  Contact your Service Advisor for an estimated length of time.  

Who will be coming to my home/office?
One of our certified BMW Technicians will be coming to complete your service in our ServiceMobile equipped BMW X3.  When the Technician arrives, we ask that someone be onsite to provide access to your vehicle and to sign off on the repair order once the work is complete.
 
Where will they work on my vehicle?
The vehicle must be parked in an area where we have express consent from the property/building owner to work at that location.  In addition, the vehicle must be in a location where the Technician can access it safely and there is enough space around the vehicle to work on it.
